I was able to mill my Body Bulkheads on the Shop Bot and they are looking great. Sanded them with a beltsander to better match the contour and added the Aluminum. A lot of 1/2 " nails

Finally I have a running chassis, time to focus on the bodywork! early grille and first bulkhead confirms I have the proportions I want.

Here is a Bending Brake I made to bend the straps I needed for my front susspension. Made from some chuncks of scrap bar and threaded rod. i ended up tightening up the bends in the vise, but for the most part really happy with the results.

Very happy with my frame brackets. Since my last journal entry I discovered and Joined the Techshop here in the Detroit area and now have access to many tools I do not have in my own shop including a Water Jet cutter. This has to be one of the coolest machines to use. Awesome!!!
