Dang........first snow of the season and it had to come from the Cyclekart Club!
Well, that must be an omen of what we're in for the next three or four months.
Which signals that the yard work is finally over and now that the wrist is back
healed to about 50% of what it was, I can get back to putting the Riley chassis
on the ground. Got some heat in the barn this winter, at least enough that I
should be able to work with out mittens most of the time.
And that snow fall really starts to put me in the mood also......
so.....Merry Christmas to all you Christians, Happy Hanukkah to my Jewish friends
and may peace be with all the rest of our Muslims, Buddhists, Pagans and Zoroastriansand
fellow human being.

Nope..... we've had snow on the Welsh mountains for a couple of weeks, only a dusting admittedly. We rarely get much snow despite being on the same latitude as the Alaskan panhandle and the southern Canadian states. That's courtesy of being an island with weather influenced by the Gulf Stream.

Yep, that's what you guys across the pond are known for in my neck of the woods Chris.....
RAIN, rain more rain and umbrellas.
When I was growing up in the 40's and 50's here in the mid-western US we used to get
snow by the yard. Over my life time (75 years) I've seen a drastic change in the climate
here. Some winters we barley get a dusting and the lakes don't freeze enough for you
to walk on them. Still we have a few weeks now and then when it gets colder than the
proverbial Well Drillers ^$$.

The British are the only people I know of who build a car that is fitted with an umbrella in a little pocket.

It doesn't know how to rain in the UK compared to NZ. Where I am now average annual rainfall is around 400 mm (no I can't be bothered turning that accurately to inches, but maybe 15), where I was in NZ last calendar year was 1700 mm, close to 6 FEET!

You'ed be better of building Canoes Rhys instead of Cyclekarts.

Just thinking out side the box! What about an amphibious cyclekart?

Like the old amphibious car from long ago!

PS This cold weather is must be affecting my brain!
