Nice mock up on the engine. It reminds me of an engine I built a few years back. It's in n early Harley replica. Only mine has innards and it runs,

Yesterday I tested the car personally and it runs great, though few fixes are still needed. It only needs to be painted, then final assembly, final tests and I am taking it home.

Well done! Looks like you will have lots of good times now driving it.

Yes. The painter already sent a picture so I could approve the color and the width of the golden stripe. The car will be black with golden stripes around the details.

Hello Semen,
If I am not wrong, you pulled-off plastic "preservatives" from wheels and now are visible nice white or cream colour tyres?
Great work indeed!
Ciao,
Zoran

Yes, the plastic covers are removed now. The tires are Cruzo Creme, purchased from here http://www.classic-cycle.de/en/Tires-Tubes-Parts/Tires/26-inch/Tire-Cruzo-Classic-26-x-3-0-creme.html

Semen, thank you for information!

Unfortunately, it is now only of theoretical use for me, as non-builder of any kind of cycle-kart, or custom-kart.
But, it would be useful if one day when/if I reconstruct my rickshaw type pedal-powered quadricycle in something else, probably in a style of Mochet Velocar.

Tyres are rather expensive but beautiful. From pictures, not so nice on too wide rims but on rims at your Morgan, they are excellent!
Probably that you already mentioned that, but what kind of wheels you have - probably some variant of bicycle wheels? Are they modified for stronger axles of a bigger diameter or that was an original solution?

Probably the better way would be if I study your topic from the start to see everything about wheels (not to bother you)!

Zoran

For all 3 wheels I use "fat" bike rims purchased at the same place http://www.classic-cycle.de/en/Rims-Wheels-Parts/Alu-rim-26-inch-67-mm-double-wall-black.html
For the front wheels, 2mm bicycle spokes are used. For the rear motor-wheel, stronger (3mm?) motorcycle spokes are used.
On the front wheels, I use bicycle hubs Novatec DH41SB-36 for 20mm axle.
