Was there much braking for the corners?

Hello, I have this info.
This track is 0.114 miles around to be exact.
Fastest cyclekart lap was 00m12s20.
That is 33.64 mph average speed for that lap.
I did not have a speedometer on the kart, but I estimate the top speed to have been around 35mph.
On the fast laps, I was not braking for the corners, just a miniscule lift for a millisecond just to point the car into the corner then right back to full power through the corner.
The kart I drive (VKC Italiano) has a differential and a Stage 2 engine mod.

For comparison, the fastest karts (flat chassis karts) lapped at 10s. (41mph average)
They were also running 4 cycle 200cc engines, but had fat sticky slicks.
