Don,

Welcome to the Cyclekart Club. Your video was one of the first I showed to my dad two years
to start the process of building a Cyclekart. Our kart will also need two sets of pedals like
your to allow a 6, 7, 11, 12 and 40+ year olds to drive.

Hope to see more.

Very interesting tail section! Is that fan powered by a battery? What exactly is that exhaust setup...I'm interested in seeing a journal on this
build.

Seven, I converted the engine to electric start so I now have a battery in the cyclekart and I use it to run the 12V fan. I relocated the air cleaner and made a new muffler so I could get them both within the confines of the engine compartment. I used left over square tubing from the frame rails to make both items and now everything fits without cutting holes in the tail section.

Brilliant bit of kit this one, I am hoping to build something for both the kids and myself and this has shown me how to achieve it.. Many thanks.. Jon

Jon, the extensions have worked out well and are easy to install and remove.

Cool car, I dig the wooden body and ingenious cooling and exhaust systems.
