Great photos Brian, you really caught the essence of the whole event. That off road run looks like a lot of fun.

Here is a link to a video we posted to YouTube. This is video of the Grand Prix.

I will be adding a few more to the channel soon.

I already loaded a video from Friday's shenanigans.

I have to edit the video from Sunday, hopefully I can mix the video from my phone with the video from the GoPro.

Cheers,
Steve

So, if there was anyone that was not sure about attending the Tieton Grand Prix that has never been there before, I am sure Steve's great video will inspire them to start planning their trip to the PNW for next years event!thumbs upthumbs up

PS
Thanks again Steve and VKC......you made the weekend for me, after my disappointment of not being ready with my own CK.

Great pictures & Video..... always nice to see what you missed....even when you were there.

Yes Steve & Brian had a great time in the VKC #10....laps were very smooth & consistent. Was great to meet Carlos, Steve & his son. That was some trip there & back for them with the two karts & everything else.

Now I do owe Brian a small apology, having given him much grief over his car not getting finished. Of course he is a tad busy having two karts on the go and a .....( comments deleted by the cyclekart censor) project being planned. However I still believe Brian owes Don a few cold ones, not including the weekly interest ....

Thanks for posting guys, the pics and videos are fantastic. Thanks to Carlos for being gracious about his black flag. I guess at times it’s not just about winning. If your uncertain about the context of my comments, just read the article in the Yakima Times. I’m sure the orchard run made it up for him. Hope to see you guys again next year! Best of all there we’re no injuries or serious incidents and maybe we can do it agan next year. Thanks to the organizers and volunteers for running a well organized, safe event!

That's a great video Steve, i saw you and your son all over the place and think you two ended up in as many of my photos as I did your videos when I was taking photos from under the awning in front of the orange building on the first turn/

Excellent photos and Video coverage guys! thumbs up Definitely a fun weekend and for our family worth the trip from Arizona. 21 cars signed up, down from 38 last year. In my opinion three factors contributed to the reduced count this year. 1) entry fee went up from $180 to $250, 2) there was no Gordon Bennett race. 3) the event was a week earlier than previous years and it was fathers day. Still, it was a wonderful time that we all had! As with other Grand Prix races before the event was run by the racing teams. Everyone stepped up and everything went smooth. I was this years announcer and I really enjoyed the experience.

We just returned home last night after 2 1/2 days on the road. Here are a few photos. I will be posting more on Facebook this evening. (click on the FB link below at the bottom of the page to see a number of posts from other racers)

I am processing video also as I have a fair amount of footage. It is a little bit of everything from the whole weekend so I will post it here when processed
