So now I see why your calliper was so hard to bleed?confused smiley
Callipers are usually mounted at 10 or 2 o'clock...never at 12 o'clock.
Brian
PS
Great job on the wrap....I hope I can get mine on that nice!

I too have my caliper at high noon, with the bleeders at the top and it does indeed tend to self bleed if the system is filled and they are left open. I had a little trouble manually bleeding myself, so I left it open overnight.
That's all it took. Dad used to say that when you have stubborn air in the lines, just go in and leave it alone with the cap loose on the reservoir. Chances are it'll percolate out overnight. I've had this work many times.

Calliper designs vary.
They can pretty much be mounted at any clocking on the rotor as long as the bleeder is at the "top"
usually found at somewhere between 1 and 5 o'clock or 7 & 11 o'clock????????
Most CycleKarts have callipers at 3 or 9 o'clock especially those using the manual go kart ones.

Brian

Just the extra bother, if it is for you.
In my case it was 10mm cylinder at one end. 10mm caliper at the other
end. Way too easy to just order that $8 braided line with banjos on each end and hook her up!

Made my own louver die and got some practice in on a sample piece. Needs a little tweaking, but pretty happy over all. No one will accuse me of out sourcing these haha

Heres my die for the louver. I've added a welded on a piece of angle iron to set the depth.

A trip to the hardware store and a couple hours later, I've got the faux carbs and exhaust mocked up. Pretty happy with how it's turning out.
