Ya know what's crazy, I never posted any finished pictures of the kart. Here ya go! Cars been running good. No major issues. I do have a fueling problem after a long hard pull. I'm leaning to clogged fuel filter or some junk in the carb. I havent got around to working on it yet. It's so much fun to drive this thing!

Watching your progress I remember thinking "Sure it's an incredibly creative build, but I doubt it'll keep up". Well, turns out it's incredibly creative, beautiful, and super competitive. A real inspiration to me! A reminder of the kind of talent and ingenuity we still have in this country.

That's a beautiful interpretation of the inspiration car Joey, very nice work.
I spent the better part of yesterday morning going back over this thread,
from day one. Really An interesting build and congrats for trying something
different.
A few questions popped up while reviewing the build. Was there a reason
you went with the stepped down front stub axle? And, it appears that you
had some plating done to some of the components, is that what I'm seeing?
