I am in the house now....finished working on the CycleKart for the day.
As you see on the pictures, the frame is finally finished. The engine, differential, brakes, steering and suspension have been finished/installed & removed for paint. The tires, rims etc...have been finished.
Now working on the aluminum body. That’s a stainless sink used for the radiator shroud (it has yet to be cut down) Also left to do are the floor, dash, seat. The steering wheel is wood on 3 spoke aluminum frame (made but, yet to assemble) I have everything figured/designed...except for the theme. It’s going to be a custom 1929 Ford roadster hot rod....or a 1929 Ford roadster “LakeRacer”....Dennis may need a racing competitor for his Studebaker.....

Byan,
That's how I plan to cut the sink down...like yours. I do plan to lean it back at the top some.

Just sold my unused Predator Hemi to a friend. Bought a Carol Steam 212 6.5 HP with electric start. Plan to have fuel shut off, choke, engine on/off and starter button all on the dash.
Working on the all aluminum body now.

Yes, those are prop blades. I am making a wood core composit 3 bladed propeller for my experimental Zenith CH701 scratch built. I am flying it with a 2 bladed composite wood core now. That’s a prop duplicator that I built that’s on the table. I made a propeller mold from a propeller program...then I copy each blade on the duplicator. After all 3 blades are carved, they get assembled & covered with 7 layers of composite.

This is the current status of my project. Began to cover with aluminum. Instead of a solid flat sheet for the sides, Have added folds to simulate the doors. Also, the doors ... and down the sides are curved. This has added a lot of extra work....but it should be more realistic. Now...I got to figure how to round and contour the upper edges....not sharp, more like the real car.
My engine with the electric start should be in this week. I got interior, including the seat & side panels also figured out.
