So how ya'll adjusting to Daylight Savings Time???
Me mutt's havin' her usual trouble with it. I'm getting
the nods an hour earlier than usual, but then on the
other end....I'm getting a start on the chores an hour earlier.
Never did make much sense to me but then again......
not many things do now a days!

The whole thing is utterly preposterous.
It was a stupid contrivance 100yrs ago, and remains as much.

Denny,
When I was working-man I hate changing of time, both at Spring and Autumn!
Now, as pensioners, for me and my wife, it isn't important at all.
Just to adjust a few clocks, and some are adjusted automatically.
There are rumours that such Winter/Summer change of time was suggested be Greece and Italy and later adopted almost everywhere. Now, Europen Union plans to return to the old style and let every company and organisation adjust their working time as they wish.

In the centre of Belgrade, just a year before adopting a system of the change of time, it was built nice big sun-clock in a nice park!
Of course, after "invention" of changing time - this big and all smaller of sun-clocks didn't work well during Summer, but only during Winter, when there is not a lot of sunlight anyway...

..a few more of sun-clocks, some on the walls of the old or new buildings and some on a ground!
(of course, neither of them works well during Summer-time - quite useless!)
