Very cool quarter midget! I've had several of those over the years. They are becoming very collectible these days.

I am having trouble loading to my journal here in Australia and I do not know why.
Space saver wheels are the small wheels and tyres used in modern cars as a spare tyres and are used for short distances to get you home. Some people do not like them and replace them with full sized ones when the put on mag wheels. My wheels were found at the rubbish tip. They have a spped rating of 80kph.

Most new Japanese have them as a spare. Mine have T115/70D14 88M made by Bridgestone in Japan tyres. They inflate to 60psi and are rated to 80kph but i would bet they would have a safety rating higher than this.
