Hello Richard, it seems to me that you have excellent backround (experience and knowledge), attitude (principles) and gathered components for the start and finish of interesting CycleKart! Keep going (rolling) and informing us! All the best. Regards! Zoran

Last week I took my "Austin 7 Special out to the temple to make some hot laps in the parking lot and the throttle cable came off. Before I could get it fixed one of the Nobles said he wanted to build one and this week called me to say he had found used wheels for it. last night another noble approached me about help with one and said there was another that wants a kart. Sure are popular.

Started photographing my collection of parts and did some trial fitting. My welding table is only 3'x4', so my first order of business is to build a new table with supports to hold the frame square and have the 4 wheels attached.....having at a higher working height saves the old back!!!!! and puts things to eyeballs to eliminate squinting!!!! I too have a few Nobles who are interested in CK projects as well.....once I have finished one, I expect we will be having some work parties, no suds or scotch, and will build a few more as a team.....only the basics "assembly line" made...each individual will have to "build his own", just with a group of fellows aiming for the same goal.... A couple of non-Nobles are also interested in having a CK so they will join our new assembly crew. We have a lot of community "fairs" in our area late summer and fall. It has been suggested that maybe we could attend some of these which have small, dirt track facilities that could be used for "demonstration" races.....could b
