I'll try again, how did you get such a nice seat and cushioning finished in such short order?
You mentioned that you used .040 aircraft aluminum, did you mean you used 2024?
I couldn't imagine trying to form 2024 into a compound shape as it appears you have
on the bonnet. And what Chris asked, what did you use to form the bonnet?

Well this is the final photos of car #1, I am happy with the outcome as the test run yesterday proved a success. On to car two which will be all wood this time just for a change.

well its been a while, I got busy with life. Now back to serious stuff. Cyclekart # 2 is almost complete after a month of work. just a little refinements like a rad cap and some headers, all else is done. Here are the progress pics. Enjoy, this one was fun and all out of wood this time.
