Hello Mark,
If I remeber well, I saw somewhere a lot of photos of your great creation? On some of the photos that I have saved, cycle-kart is almost finished and looks as replica of vinatge sport small automobiles: Austin-7 Special, or MG- Midgett M-type, with two seats and nice details... It would ne nice to see more of your pohtos, especially if it is finished now.
Regards, Zoran

Zoran,
your not going to believe me......
but I wasn't happy with the body construction
so I built a new firewall and took the body off
to change the style a bit..didn't look good enuff
to fool a novice.
I just made a new hood and created two 15 inch wide 60's spitfire seats to make it more funky.
more to come after the weather breaks here in New York

Mark,
You wouldn't believe me - but, I was satisfied with a look of body of the first variant! I was ready to post a few of your photos and ask for creator, but suddenly find this photo on registry pages...

I am interested in such design, the first because of two-seats (not nice to build toy just for me) and general shape with details. Of course, everybody build his own vehicle according to his own needs, wants and taste....

A few times I had nice opportunity to drive Spitfire: hard to get-in and geto-out, squeezed a lot, but wonderful experience. For me and my wife, we should need something wider seats: around 45 cm ~ something less then 18" for each... Maybe staggered a little, for more shoulder-space... Did you have driving test with old body, or chassis alone? With two persons? I would be glad to see photos of new design...

Ciao, Zoran
