XR4I - havent seen one in the flesh for years, thats such a cool motor! my friends dad had one when i first started secondary school! he used to throw us round the twisty lanes in that thing! good luck with the build! keep us posted!

Love the Merkur, used to have an 85 with the 2 big wings on the back.
Great car! About the only thing I was able to afford to do was to get
the Euro front with the big grill

I had one of those (Merkur) mine was an XR4iSierra with the double wingI bought it for $1800 not running I got it running after about 20 minutes of tinkering later sold it off for $1500 and put the cash towards a StagJohn in Brisbane Australia
